Why Business Owners Choose Archstone to Sell

Archstone Business Brokers is a full-service M&A advisory firm specializing in the confidential sale of businesses generating approximately $1M to $50M in annual revenue. Our senior advisors have collectively evaluated 600+ companies and completed 100+ transactions representing over $600 million in deal value across healthcare, manufacturing, technology, construction, distribution, transportation, engineering, consumer goods, government contracting, eCommerce, and service-based businesses.

What sets us apart is who does the work. Every engagement is led personally by a senior M&A advisor — not handed to a junior associate — from the first confidential conversation through closing day. Because our advisors have sat on every side of a deal, we understand how each type of buyer thinks: private equity firms, independent sponsors, family offices, strategic acquirers, and management teams pursuing a buyout.

Selling a business is not just a transaction — it’s a major life event. We manage every phase of the process — valuation, market positioning, confidential marketing, buyer screening, negotiation, due diligence, and closing — so you can keep running your business while we keep the deal on track.

All inquiries are completely confidential. Archstone Business Brokers is not a legal or tax advisor; we work alongside your attorney and CPA throughout the transaction.

Whether you’re considering an exit now or planning for the future, contact Archstone Business Brokers to start a confidential conversation about your options.
